ATTENTION SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS
Please set an alarm or timer for 10:20 am on Sunday. There will no longer be a dismissal bell signaling the end of Sunday School and the beginning of morning worship. Your roll sheets and bulletins for your class will be in the wall file on or near the door to your room each Sunday. Extra bulletins will be available in the Sanctuary at the greeter’s table.

LADIES BIBLE STUDY
Wednesdays at 9am and 6pm beginning September 9th. The Holy Spirit You May Not Know by David Jeremiah. Tracey Oliver and Ginger Pope Teaching. Cost $10. The 9am class meets in the first large room in the Children’s Wing and the 6pm class meets in the church offices. Sign up in the foyer.

PRAYER FOCUS, August 23, 2026
From Josh & Kayla – Southern Baptist Missionaries to the Middle East:
A few weeks ago we visited friends in another country. Their country is the most atheistic on its continent. We visited with a taxi driver and asked about the religious views of his country. He pointed out that his hope is in himself, God is an idea that only the immature and simple in mind believe in, and the church buildings present... those are left open for our (the tourists') sake, not theirs, because no one attends anymore.
Beautifully adorned with ornate architecture and historical significance, but over time, the heart of the church forgot the beauty of their Savior. Please take a moment and lift up this country, the few believers, and the hearts of those who are lost. Pray for those who are living here intentionally, that they would not grow weary or be discouraged. Ask the Lord of the harvest to take the hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh.
